Duration: 3 months minimum

Hours per week: Part-time, 2/3days per week

Location: Dalston, London

Salary: Unpaid, voluntary position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Intern will be co-ordinating RESET's involvement in a number of exciting new community build projects in London. The role will require assisting developing project briefs and facilitating the feasibility stages through community participatory design workshops to support community based organisations in the production of outline planning proposals.

Responsibilities will include administering funding applications and managing the projects budgets, marketing and engaging local user groups through facilitating participatory planning workshops, project reporting and logistics.

The intern will work directly under RESET's Director's and supported appropriately to ensure that each intern receives strong mentorship.



ESSENTIAL:

- Community Participatory Design and Planning experience

- Project Management experience

- Good organisation and administration skills

- Fluent in English

DESIRABLE:

- Knowledge of sustainable building techniques

- Part 2 qualified Architect

- Community build experience

- Good marketing and written skills
